It’s always challenging sticking with a new thing or working toward a new goal. But if we’re not honest with ourselves about what’s important to us— our WHY— it becomes even harder to remain consistent. But you’re completely right about clarity. This is something I lack and am trying to work on…

I'd have that fear too. Sometimes I make up excuses to avoid going through with my routine.

I found a way to stay consistent though and that's ignoring that voice when it speaks.

I do the opposite of what it says. So most times I end up doing what I set out to do and I feel satisfied after.
